Individualised Pricing

Because of the non-standard nature of the work we do and the number of variables that can arise from site to site, we treat each client as an individual.    After careful assessment of your needs and requirements, we will propose a fee that we believe is fair and represents good value.

Fees are agreed in advance on an individual basis and work does not commence until you are in agreement.

Typically we find that what we charge depends on a combination of time involved throughout the entire process from planning through implementation and aftercare, the anticipated number of site visits throughout and any specific case challenges.

Initial Consultation and Scoping

We do not charge for the initial consultation.     The initial consultation gives you the opportunity to assess if Clear Info Solutions can provide value for you, and in turn, allows us to determine if we believe our services will be of help to you.     Any works to be completed can be scoped at this stage.    We will only accept work on the basis that we expect our fees to represent good value for you, and that, in due course, that value can clearly be demonstrated.

Quotation

A quotation can be prepared after the initial consultation.    If we agree that we want to work with each other, the fee structure will depend on the type and nature of the work undertaken.     At all times, we will ensure that you are fully aware of any costs involved before a commitment is made and any work done.
